With over 20 years of industry experience in the home textiles sector, his focus is not only on B2C sales but also on sound controlling and the highest standards of compliance. He combines technological expertise, commercial precision, and compliant practices with a pragmatic market and customer orientation.

Owner & Partner
Till Richter is the owner and beneficial owner of Ernst Schäfer GmbH & Co. KG (via his holding company TRR Holding GmbH). The business graduate acquired the company in July 2025. He has been successfully active in the trading sector for over 20 years. In addition to acquiring companies, he has founded his own businesses specializing in the trade of new and used products, machinery, and vehicles in both the B2B and B2C sectors.
